It is 72.2 degrees out right now. With 100% pure sun. I am leaving in about five minutes for a 4.5 mile run. In the heat. With beating sun. Without iPod. (I'm a heat wuss, remember?)
I wonder what life lessons await me.

Note this blog's header is of the Chicago Skyline. This is for inspiration as I train for the Chicago Half Marathon, my first BIG race. If all goes well, maybe that header will change to the Nashville skyline. There just so happens to be a full MARATHON there 13 days before my 40th birthday...
